Robin Hill

In 1990 Robin Hill initiated and headed the "Health Care Division" at the Vancouver office of one of the largest National real estate companies in Canada.

With the realization that buyers and sellers were extremely concerned about confidentiality, the notion of a specialized, boutique real estate company was formed to ensure that clients concerns of high sensitivity led to the formation of Carewest Properties Ltd. With complimentary services being added, the concept of a company that could contribute to fitting all of the "pieces of the puzzle" together became a reality. One of only two companies in the Country specializing exclusively in the brokerage of seniors' care and independent living facilities, we also have affiliations in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Robin has benefited from, and contributed to an active "seniors" real estate market, producing sales of over 50 facilities, residences and land acquisitions. His involvement in real estate began in the early 1980's - culminating with his Broker/Agent designation in the mid 90's. Robin's boast: "We have the largest data base of buyers and sellers in this field in the Country"!
